On International Women’s Day, 8th March 2025, Mustafia Sharif Charity proudly hosted a deeply moving and inspiring event titled “Empowered by Faith – A Symbol of Power, Dignity, and Faith” at the Pakistani Community Centre in Manchester. This special gathering was a tribute to the resilience, strength, and inner dignity of women—particularly those from diverse, faith-based, and often marginalised communities. It served not only as a celebration but as a vital space for reflection, connection, and empowerment.
The event opened with a heartfelt welcome and keynote address by Dr. Fassah Bibi, CEO of Mustafia Sharif. She spoke passionately about the urgent need to create safe, empowering environments where women feel seen, heard, and valued. In her speech, Dr. Fassah underlined the intersection of faith and identity, and how, when embraced, they become sources of strength and transformation. She emphasised that Mustafia Sharif remains committed to supporting women and families facing social isolation, economic hardship, language barriers, and cultural challenges—offering them not only support but dignity, opportunity, and a sense of belonging.
