Mustafia Sharif hosted a heartwarming and impactful social inclusion family event at the Pakistani Community Centre on 12 May 2025 in Manchester. Designed with the vision of building a stronger, more inclusive society, the event served as a meaningful response to the growing concerns around social isolation, especially among vulnerable groups such as the elderly, single parents, and newly arrived families and carers.
The day featured a variety of inclusive and engaging activities that encouraged connection, participation, and joy for all age groups. Families had the opportunity to take part in joint games, creative arts and crafts, and interactive sessions that promoted emotional wellbeing and strengthened intergenerational bonds. These activities were carefully designed to support healthy relationships and create lasting memories among family members. Attendees also enjoyed traditional food, music, and performances that reflected the rich cultural diversity of the local community. These cultural showcases acted as a bridge between different ethnic and social backgrounds, nurturing a sense of pride, respect, and unity.
