Our Walking Club promotes fitness, social bonding, and community support, especially for BAME women facing barriers to exercise.

We make healthy living enjoyable through inclusive walks that encourage physical activity and meaningful connections.

Diverse Activities for All Fitness Levels

“Variety in Fitness, Variety in Fun.” Our Walking Club features group walks, themed events, fitness challenges, and online classes—catering to all fitness levels. Sessions are held across Greater Manchester’s parks and trails, promoting safe, accessible, and enjoyable physical activity in green community spaces.

Inclusivity and Accessibility

“Fitness for All, Free of Charge” Our Walking Club and exercise classes are completely free, ensuring access for all. We welcome anyone aiming to improve their health, build social connections, and enjoy regular physical activity in an inclusive, supportive environment.
