Built from lived experience. Grown through community trust.
Established in 2008 and registered as a charity in 2014, Mustafia Sharif is based in Manchester. We support individuals and communities facing health, social, financial and digital barriers.

Our mission
To provide practical, respectful support that helps people feel informed, connected and able to move forward.
Our vision
Communities where age, income, disability or background do not prevent people from accessing opportunity and support.
Our values
Dignity, inclusion, accountability and compassion guide our work. We listen and shape our response around the person.

Founder and CEO
Dr Fassah Bibi
As a British Pakistani woman and full-time unpaid carer for her disabled son, Dr Fassah Bibi experienced the difficulties families can face when navigating health, education, benefits and community services.
She founded Mustafia Sharif in 2008 to turn that experience into practical help: sharing information, supporting applications and creating welcoming spaces for people who felt isolated or unheard.
That approach continues across health and wellbeing, skills, employability, digital inclusion, support for carers and essential assistance.
